2. Today your primary goal is to choose a topic (problem in education with potential solution) and figure out to whom you should address your letter. Once you've got that: type it in your document and let me know. I'll take a look and comment.
3. Once you've gotten the go-ahead on your topic and addressee, quickly draft the three required sections of your letter. Even if it's not in complete sentences or just a few sentences long, I want you to get YOUR IDEAS down on paper before you start looking for evidence to support those ideas.
